The ZB920 series high-speed rapier loom has good structural rigidity, high precision in parts matching, low power consumption, and good human-machine control. General performance characteristics
High-speed drive system
l ) Super motor mode
Using a super motor for direct transmission, it can realize the start, brake, slow motion, and weft finding of the loom. The output torque is adjusted according to the actual load to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.

2 ) Three-phase asynchronous motor + frequency conversion mode:
Using a three-phase asynchronous motor to drive a high-performance electromagnetic clutch, it has high-speed starting force, good braking performance, and stable operation. The speed and programming can be adjusted by frequency conversion from the terminal, achieving the highest productivity with the lowest energy consumption.

High-strength frame
The overall machine is assembled from four strong cast wall panels on the left and right, a high-strength beam, and a rear support beam. It has high rigidity, high strength, and good shock resistance, meeting the needs of high speed, wide width, and low noise of the loom.
New weft insertion device
Rapier weft insertion is driven by an "optimally designed spatial crank connecting rod", which optimizes the acceleration and speed curves. Even at high speeds, the rapier movement and weft yarn transfer are accurate and stable, reducing weft breakage and increasing weaving efficiency.
Crank connecting rod mechanism
The rapier tape made of high-strength carbon fiber material is equipped with a 'support plate' floating guide hook, which avoids contact and friction between the rapier tape and the warp yarn.


Beating-up mechanism
Driven by double-sided conjugate cams, the improved and optimized high-speed cam curve increases the dwell time of the reed seat and reduces the stroke of the reed seat, which is beneficial to weaving high-precision fabrics and reducing warp yarn breakage. The integrated cam has high precision, high strength, and high torsional strength of the box seat. The intermediate support makes the straightness of the steel box better, and it can perform powerful and stable beating-up during high-speed weaving.
Warping/take-up device
Both the warp let-off and take-up systems use the most advanced electronic servo control. The warp tension is stored and sensed by the tension sensor, and the CPU performs comprehensive processing according to the set weft density and tension.

Electrical control system
Good user operation interface, easy to use, high efficiency, and large amount of information. Using a large-screen LCD display, it can realize two-way communication, and can instantly set and adjust various process parameters for process programming. The open USB interface facilitates the input/output of various setting parameters and programs, and easily realizes data storage, transfer, and copying. It can quickly collect and monitor the status of the loom, perform automatic control and adjustment in a timely manner, and make fault display and diagnosis in a timely manner.

Lubrication system
A closed forced circulation lubrication system driven by a separate oil pump motor is adopted. The electronic oil temperature monitoring protection function is added to ensure reliable and good lubrication of each moving part and prolong the life of the machine parts.

Raising mechanism
The special high-power servo motor drives the spatial linkage to control the precise positioning of the steel box, realizing the long beating-up and short beating-up unique to towel looms, and realizing box motion raising. Equipped with its electrical control device, it can realize arbitrary switching of 3 ~ 7 wefts, and the pile height (0~12mm) can be freely set to weave high-end pile fabrics such as wave pile and embossed pile.
