Creel capacity: 4 warper's beams per group, double-deck execution, with operating platform between groups

Tension control: Proportional valve controlled, constant tension unwinding

2. Size Boxes (Sizing Zone)

Number of size boxes: 2 boxes​ (as per customer preference for cotton sheeting; 1 or 3 boxes optional)

Working width: 1800 / 2000 / 2200 / 2400 mm (optional: 2800 mm)

Sizing method: Type A — once immerse & three times squeeze; Type B — twice immerse & twice squeeze; Type C — twice spray & three times squeeze (vertical spray system)

Max. squeeze pressure: 15 kN for 1st squeeze roller, 40 kN for 2nd squeeze roller

Squeeze pressure control: Proportional valves, linear pressure control, automatically regulated according to machine speed

Pre-wetting unit: Included​ — pre-wetting process for pure cotton 6S–40S yarns with total warp ends of 3,000–12,000

Size cooking kitchen: Included​ — with size auto-circulation system, size level monitoring, automatic supply, and direct steam heating with automatic temperature control

Cylinder coating: Teflon-coated for enhanced drying efficiency and yarn protection

Max. speed on cotton: 120 / 135 / 150 m/min (optional: 180 m/min under optimized conditions)

Drive system: Variable-frequency drive, multi-section drive system for uniform tension control

Take-up tension: Max. 7,000 N (10,000 N for special requirements)

5. Steam, Power & Water Consumption

Steam consumption: To be finalized per configuration (steam heating for size boxes, drying cylinders, and size kitchen)

Installed power: Approx. 75 kW total (actual average power consumption < 18 kW/hr)

Water consumption: Optimized via size auto-circulation system, reducing water treatment costs

6. Machine Headstock & Take-up
