Dear Customer :
If you are facing an extended holiday, Jiangxi Zhongbo Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. would like to remind you that, to ensure your equipment remains in optimal working condition and does not disrupt normal production next year, please carry out the following maintenance and upkeep procedures.
I. Shutdown
1. The warp yarns (for jacquard and dobby) are all in the dropped position.
2. Loosen the warp threads and cover them with a protective cloth or other covering to prevent dust.
3. The loom stopped at 180 Adjust the position to prevent the sword belt from deforming.
4. To prevent significant temperature fluctuations in the workshop after shutdown from causing condensation, please, after shutdown, 24 Power will be cut off again in an hour.
5. When the electrical control cabinet is de-energized, open both the front and rear doors to clean out internal dust and debris. If the workshop has poor air circulation, it is recommended to place a desiccant inside the cabinet.
6. For equipment equipped with a cooler, during seasons when the cooling water may freeze, the cooling water should be drained.
II. Power On
1. Power up the electrical control cabinet one day in advance.
2. Lubricate all lubricated components of the loom.
3. Each loom is first manually cranked. 2 Circle; power on only after confirming no abnormalities.
4. After the holiday, temperatures remain low and lubricant viscosity is high. It is recommended to start up at a low speed and run the machine for several hours; once the machine temperature has risen, gradually increase the speed.
