The traditional ring-spun core-spun yarn has certain technical defects, which are prone to poor coating and exposed core yarn, resulting in uneven dyeing and coloring, affecting the processing of the following process and affecting the cloth surface effect in serious cases. The rapid development of air-jet vortex spinning provides technical conditions for completely solving the problems of poor covering of core-spun yarn and exposed core yarn. It is found that if the proportion of core wire is controlled below 20%, the phenomenon of core wire exposure can be almost eliminated. Taking the air-jet vortex spinning lyocell 18.5tex (polyester DTY33.3dtex/36F) core-spun yarn as an example, the main points of its production are introduced.
(1) According to many years of production experience, the main draft of air-jet vortex spinning is 30 times to 40 times when the yarn is dry better, after the draft is 2.5 times to 3.5 times when the yarn coarse nodes are less, the middle zone draft is 2 times to 3 times when the yarn details are favorable. Through many tests, the main process configuration of air-jet vortex spinning is as follows: main draft 35 times, rear draft 3.0 times and middle draft 2.8 times; Spinning tension is about 12cN, winding ratio is 1.01 times; Spinning spindle model is M/1.1.
(2) The feed ratio is one of the important parameters of the jet vortex spinning process. When producing core-spun yarn, if the core yarn is exposed too much, the coating effect can be improved by increasing the feed ratio. In actual production, if the feed ratio is too large, the tension of the spinning section will become larger, causing the core yarn to retract, which is easy to cause the outer fiber to be poorly covered. After many tests, it is found that the coating effect is best when the jet vortex spinning feed ratio is about 0.96.
(3) When the feeding tension of the core wire is large, it is easier to straighten and be in the center of the yarn, and a better coating effect is obtained. However, if the feeding tension is too high, the elongation of the core yarn increases, the difficulty of covering the outer fiber increases, it is not easy to cover the core yarn, and the covering rate may decrease. In actual production, the coating effect of polyester DTY network yarn is best when the feeding tension is controlled at 11cN ~ 13cN.
(4) When air-jet vortex spinning produces core-spun yarn, the covering effect is affected by the distance between the nozzle and the front roller. Generally, when the distance is longer, the coating effect is better, otherwise the effect will be worse. It is found that the coating effect is best when the distance from the nozzle to the front roller is 20mm.
(5) The temperature and humidity of the workshop directly affect the yarn quality and production efficiency of air-jet vortex spinning. In order to ensure product quality, IE artificial intelligence air conditioning system is used to automatically adjust the temperature and humidity of the workshop. According to the production characteristics of air-jet vortex spinning core-spun yarn, by taking the above measures, the core-spun yarn production is finally stable, and its yarn quality also meets the company's internal control index excellent yarn quality standards. The breaking strength of single yarn is 18.2cN/tex, the elongation at break is 9.8, the CV value of strip dry is 12.8, and 16 neps/km. At the same time, the problem of poor covering of traditional ring-spun core-spun yarn is solved.
