In the general combing system, the number of process lanes for merging and roving shall follow the "odd number criterion", I .e. the number of equipment lanes between carding and roving processes shall be configured according to odd numbers, such as "two parallel lanes and one roving". Since the back hook fibers are mostly in the carding sliver (about 50%), many back hook fibers can be straightened during drafting on the spinning frame after adopting the "odd number criterion. Rotor spinning generally uses two parallel process. Advertising spun yarn is the last process of yarn formation, that is, the spinning machine will feed the roving yarn to a certain degree of drafting, drawing length and thinning to the required linear density, and add appropriate twist to make it a spun yarn with certain physical and mechanical properties such as strength, elasticity and gloss. At the same time, the spun yarn will be wound and formed according to certain requirements to facilitate transportation, storage and processing in the following process.
