1 causes of card damage
1.1 strip injury and its causes
(1) Striped roller, cylinder and even cover plate appear strip damage at the same time, the main reason is that there is iron wire in the cotton roll or cotton layer, which is hard and miscellaneous;
(2) There is only strip damage on the cylinder, the main reason is that the front and rear cover plates move at intervals or the large amount of flowers are brought into the extruded cover plate to cause damage to the cylinder. Sometimes the same situation will occur when the cover plate screws are loose and the front and rear upper cover plates are squeezed by the cover plate;
(3) There is strip damage on the doffer (sometimes it also appears at the same time in the cylinder), the main reason is that the peeling of the cotton roller around the flower is brought in by serious large pieces or the blocking worker accidentally brings in fiber lumps when removing the accumulated flowers on it;
(4) The car stopper accidentally drops the parts and tools into the carding machine.
1.2 block damage
(1) The car blocker accidentally brought in the pinched needle cloth when cleaning the accumulated flowers in the peeling cotton roller;
(2) Self-stop failure, no stop after the broken head, causing the cotton net to squeeze the needle cloth;
(3) Excessive spacing of doffer wall panels causes excessive accumulation of flowers, and doffer squeezes the needle cloth after being brought in;
(4) Dust removal is not smooth, and the accumulated flowers at the inlet of the doffer dust cover are brought in by the doffer to squeeze the needle cloth.
(5) There are burrs or oil stains on both ends of the peeling roller transfer roller, causing the accumulated flowers to be brought into the needle cloth by the doffer. Dove card cloth is the most vulnerable place to be squeezed, is the focus of daily maintenance and management. 1.3 The damage caused by the needle connection causes a large area of hair on the needle surface, which seriously affects the quality of combing.
(1) The spacing is too tight, and the dynamic balance of the cylinder is not good, resulting in needle connection;

(3) The needle is connected due to the walking distance (the fastening screw is loose);
(4) The pin is connected due to excessive elongation of the cover plate chain;
(5) Thick rolls and large cotton pieces are brought in to cause needle connection.
2. Daily maintenance management measures 2.1 technical measures of card cloth
(1) The metal probe is used in the flower cleaning process, and iron absorption devices and impurity remover are installed in many parts;
(2) Keep all kinds of self-stop of the carding machine in good condition for a long time;(3) Keep the carding dust removal and the suction outlets on the machine unobstructed;
(4) Eliminate the phenomenon of hanging flowers and stuffing flowers everywhere through process adjustment and equipment maintenance;
(5) The new type of cotton guide and the reasonable balance of the carding speed, greatly reduce the broken head of the carding machine.
2.2 management measures
(1) Strict selection, fixed-point, and reliable quality of needle cloth (important spinning equipment such as rubber rollers and rubber rings must be signed by the chief engineer before purchase);
(2) Set up card cloth boarding and maintenance ledgers one by one, so as to know fairly well;
(3) To formulate a shift handover system for the old machine A186 to prevent the damage of the doffer;
(4) Regular census of clothing, timely elimination of problems;
(5) The responsible person of the responsible machine shall be responsible for the maintenance and inspection of the card cloth;
(6) Strictly implement the operation method and eliminate human damage factors;
(7) Implement inspection and strict assessment.
